This is the new Bacchetta Giro I bought for commuting in April 2006. I have since taken on a telecommuting
job so it doesn't get ridden nearly as much, but it's still a blast because it's so fast.

I just received a homebuilt Zox20 Lowracer from Terry Minor in Portland OR. He wasn't comfortable
riding something this low in traffic. Myself I rather enjoy it. I just got it put together Saturday August 6 and
added the front derailleur. Now it accelerates like a rocket sled. I've done one commute on it. I took it
on the bus to downtown Fairmont, then rode the last 10 miles to work. That evening I rode the entire 35 miles home from
work. It was a BLAST! This thing climbs like a tree frog, sticks to corners like glue and takes off like a slingshot.
I've still got a few things to finish on it like adding a rack and securing the seat foam padding.
Actually I would like to get a rigid CF seat when money permits.
I've sold the high Zox20 to a rider in Oklahoma who has already fitted it with a front derailleur and disc
brakes.

This is a Zox I bought from Bill Volk at the same time that I bought a high Zox 20". It's a 26" high
racer style. Bill says it's fast and has TT records to prove it. I've been using it for my 40-50 mile WV
hill country commute when the weather allows, which is most of the time. (2005)
This thing is a BLAST! Although it carries a minimal amount of cargo, it cut 30 min off my 2 hour
commute time. The rear suspension smoothes out the WV trails and secondary roads. The rider is in such a laid
back position that it has very low aerodynamic drag. I've been keeping up with the Sunday club rides on this one.
Typical cruising speed on level blacktop (unpaced) is about 22 mph.
I'm gonna keep this one a LOOOONG time.

This is the Sun Speedster that I commuted on last Summer, and took my 500 mile Summer vacation on.
I may be doing the same ride, this time in May.

The PPV - this trike was produced in rather large numbers after the first gas crunch of the 1970's.
I'm selling it to a museum. For more info see this website:

Not a recumbent, but a pretty nice travel bike. The Dahon Boardwalk. I've put more miles on
this so far this winter than any other bike. However, if the Zox 20 works out I'll be selling it.
