Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend, plus
the last three weeks of October:
Non-Holiday: $145-$175 one night (if stay includes a weekend night or is for just one night, the
rate for one night is $175, each add'l night is $99 each; if stay only involves weekday nights, first night is $145); $99
each additional night.***
Holiday (2 night minimum stay required): $189 first night; $100 each additional night.***
Ski Season
Non-Holiday (2 night minimum stay required): $215 per night (prime weekends); $185 per
night (value weekends); $155 per night (weekdays) (Value weekends correspond to "Value Season" timing listed on Wintergreen
Resort website lodging page-generally first few weeks in December and month of March.)***
Holiday (3-night minimum stay required): $245 per night (including the week between Christmas
and New Years; and Martin Luther King Day and President's Day).***
Other (for days not covered above) (2 night minimum stay required)
Non-Holiday: $130 per night (weekends); $120 per night (weekdays); after first two nights, $100 per night
for each additional night***
Holiday: $140 per night for first two nights; $100 per night for each additional night after
first two nights.***
Standard non-holiday weekends are considered Friday and Saturday nights. We accept checks and credit cards
via Paypal over the internet.
***Rental rate does not include Virginia sales and Nelson County lodging tax (10% total currently) which
will be added.
Rental Rate does include departure cleaning. Please note that we supply linens and towels and a limited supply
of paper products. Please bring your own toiletries (including soap).
The total rent is to be paid in installments, unless the reservation is made within 30 days of the rental dates, in which
case the total balance is due at the time of reservation. In addition to the rate, a $200 refundable deposit is required.
We will return the deposit as soon as we confirm that no damage has been done to the condominium and the keys have been returned
to us. Please see the rental agreement (accessible via the link below) for details on the terms of
rental including any cancellation charges. Please note that as we only have one condo, reservations that are cancelled
may be subject to cancellation charges (see rental agreement for general details on cancellation charges, which are subject
to change depending on time of the year).
