Wintergreen Resort is a four-season resort with many activities.  In addition to skiing, the resort (on the mountain and/or in Stoney Creek, located in Rockfish Valley at the base of the mountain) has two golf courses, in-door and out-door tennis courts, a spa and fitness center, numerous swimming pools (including one indoor pool), hot tubs, a lake with activities (including paddle-boats, volleyball, fly-fishing and canoeing), horse-back riding, various hiking trails, tennis courts, and the Out-of-Bounds Adventure Center which has a trampoline bungee, paintball, climbing wall, skate park, mountain biking, and miniature golf.   Wintergreen offers a number of children's programs as well.  Plus, during the summer, there are various events including concerts.
