Seneca Falls Community Band

With a heavy heart, we regretfully announce the untimely passing away of our friend Mike Osowski - past director of the Seneca Falls Community Band, and current member of our low brass section. Mike's contributions to the band of his time and energy were tremendous, and were greatly appreciated. He was always a good will ambassador for the bands he directed and to those he touched with his musical gifts. He will be sadly missed by his friends in SFCB, his family, his church, and his many students.

The Seneca Falls Community Band is a not-for-profit community organization dedicated to providing a wholesome form of musical entertainment for our performers and our audiences .

Originating in 1985, the Seneca Falls Community Band was founded by the Kirk-Casey American Legion Post #366 of Seneca Falls, to encourage community spirit through participation in a community concert band. The band would perform for civic festivities to increase community spirit and pride, visibility, increase membership participation, and audience satisfaction.

We'll use this site to provide information about the Seneca Falls Community Band and explain what we have to offer. We hope to highlight the most important features of our organization.
