The Alexander Technique is a delightful method of learning
designed to promote ease of movement and present moment awareness with the potential for raising consciousness.
Through lessons in the Alexander Technique we are guided towards a new and joyful relationship with ourselves
and with our world that is flexible and graceful.
By learning 'just how things work', students can make conscious choices where previously only habitual reaction
was expressed. This practice incorporates F.M. Alexander's observations of attention, intention, and movement. Personal and
structural integrity can be restored or deepened.
People experience a significant reduction in excess tension, pain and fatigue by changing the underlying
patterns that can cause these symptoms. Instead, they enjoy freedom in movement, more confidence, improved self esteem, improved
relationships, the power of choice in their lives and a new sense of ease and youthfulness!
