"The right thing does itself" FM Alexander

*Feel lighter on your feet and softer in your step!

* Learn skills to reduce physical, emotional, and mental tension and fatigue, whether carried over from the past or over concerns for the future.

*Experience a new inner pacing that promotes freedom of movement and freedom of choice

*Experience and appreciate Life in the on-going present moment

*Explore choices to problems rather than being only solution oriented.

Learning the Alexander Technique provides the self-knowledge necessary to make changes towards a freer experience of living.

Through sensitive hands-on guidance and simple conversation you'll experience supportive changes in patterns of movement and perception.

Students will gain a better understanding of how they 'use' themselves in both their activities and behavior and how to make choices for change.

Experience a new inner pacing and move more freely through time to experience and appreciate life in the on-going present moment.

By learning 'just how things work', students can make conscious choices where previously only habitual reaction was expressed.
