The Alexander Technique for Martial Artists

- expansion & contraction

while exploring the Alexander Technique principles of:
- wholism
- mindful choice
- redirection of awareness.

Sharpen awareness to your response to your surroundings, friend or opponent. Learn to move from within with ease and minimal effort.

Experience spontaneous, mindful, movement while moving in relationship to the universe with grace, unity and strength!

Alexander Technique for Skiers!

Sunday, February 26th and March 12th
This workshop is for skiers who rate themselves as intermediate or expert.  In other words, you can ski the blue and or black trails.  The primary focus will be in applying the Alexander principles to the sport of skiing.  Any improvements in your skiing technique may subsequently be an add-on benefit.
We will meet at a ski resort in New Hampshire.
