Sunday, February 26th and March 12th
This workshop is for skiers who rate themselves as intermediate or expert. In other words,
you can ski the blue and or black trails. The primary focus will be in applying the Alexander principles to the sport
of skiing. Any improvements in your skiing technique may subsequently be an add-on benefit.
We will meet at a ski resort in New Hampshire.
