After the guest

Please Note: There is a room rental fee of $100. We also require a $100 non-refundable
deposit in order to hold your date. This deposit will be subtracted from your
final bill.
Additional Information:
- Soup is available at a cost of
$3.00 - $4.25 per cup, plus tax & gratuity.
- You may bring plastic punch cups if you are providing your own
punch for before and/or after the meal. If you’d prefer, you may purchase
a punch from us – the cost may vary depending on the type of punch you choose.
Punch cups are included. For an additional $20.00 per bowl, you are welcome
to rent our punch bowl(s).
- If you bring in your own cake, there will be a $.50 per person
charge for the wait staff to cut and serve your cake. There is a $.35 per person
charge if you bring your own paper plates.
- You are welcome to decorate prior to your event at a pre-determined
time scheduled with Management.
- Depending upon the time of your event, we try to keep the tables
closest to you open. However, if we are busy, we must seat people at the tables
for which you are not paying and we may have to find alternate places to pile the gifts other than the adjoining tables. By the time you are finished eating, most of our regular customers will have already
left and you’ll have plenty of space and privacy for opening gifts and socializing.

- Banquets
may stay up to 3 hours. If more time is required for meetings, dancing,
or socializing, there is a room rental fee of $50.00 per room per hour.
- Weddings may
stay up to 4 hours; after that, there is a room rental fee of $50.00
per room per hour.
- We also require a $100 non-refundable deposit in order to hold
your date. This deposit will be subtracted from your final bill.
- We require your entrée choice and the number of guests at least one (1) week prior
to your banquet. If necessary, you may reduce a headcount from your total count
up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to your banquet and you will be billed for the number of dinners you contract for
at that point.
- Full payment is required a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your banquet date
and payment must be from one (1) entity – either person or business (no individual payments).
- Although firm prices are given when quoting, we cannot guarantee fish or beef prices due
to the extreme fluctuations in the wholesale cost.
- Our policy regarding young children: half-portion / half-price.
- If you bring in your own cake, there will be a $.50 per person
charge for the wait staff to cut and serve your cake. There is a $.35 per person
charge if you bring your own paper plates.
- When making your reservation, please let us know if you need wine glasses on your tables. There is a $.50 per wine glass service charge.
- Your tables will be covered with tablecloths. Lace
is available upon request. In the evening (after dark), candles will be provided.
When available, garden flowers will be on each table.
- Off-Premises Catering is available for $14.50 per person per hour. Minimum of three (3)
hours.
- Our Chef is available off premise for $100.00 for 3 hours.

1. OUR STAFF IS NOT PERMITTED TO HANDLE YOUR ALCOHOL, AS WE DO NOT HAVE
A LIQUOR LICENSE.
2. THERE IS A RENTAL FEE IF YOU WISH TO USE ANOTHER ROOM FOR COCKTAILS. THIS FEE IS $50.00 PER
HOUR FOR THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF YOUR BANQUET. SO, IF 40 GUESTS ARE HAVING DINNER
ON THE “PORCH” AFTER HAVING COCKTAILS IN OUR “DINING ROOM”, THEY WOULD HAVE THE USE OF THE ENTIRE
DOWNSTAIRS BEFORE AND AFTER DINING.
3. THERE IS A SERVICE CHARGE IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE OUR GLASSWARE. $10.00 FOR GROUPS UP TO 30 PERSONS; $15.00 FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 45 PERSONS; AND $20.00
FOR UP TO 60 PERSONS. YOUR ALTERNATIVE IS TO BRING YOUR OWN DISPOSABLE GLASSES.
4. IF YOU WISH US TO PURCHASE THE ICE FOR YOUR “BAR”, THE
COST WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN BAGS OF ICE IF YOU WISH.
