SUBMISSIONS- for a Play/ Event

CURRENTLY NOT TAKING SUBMISSIONS

   If you have a play you 'd like to direct, or you've written a play and would like to have it produced, this is the form you should fill out to let us know. The form is generalized for all types of events. Please fill it out to the best of your knowledege.  
    If you'd like to host a fund raiser or other event such as a creative workshop, craft event, musical event, or some other form of entertainment, we WELCOME you. Please use the same form to submit your ideas to us. We are always looking for creative venues and fund raiser as well as volunteers willing to run/host the events.

First time event co-ordinater/ Directors, Please provide a statement as to why you are qualified
Dates you wish to hold the production-Please include first and second choices
Please provide a brief description of your event/show/vision
Proposed Budget (This includes Non-play events!) - remember to consider ALL possible expenses
PLAYS ONLY : List title and play wright's name
  

*Please keep in mind; YOU are responsible for staying within the budget and MUST get board approval BEFORE exceeding budget.

Check list :reminder - In the event description- provide an estimate of the number of costume changes, set changes, cast members, and weeks of rehearsal. 
 
If your submission is accepted you’ll receive a packet with IMPORTANT information.
