- DJ Z-Trip's official site now has a stream of "Walking Dead" featuring Chester Bennington up on their player. Click here to access the player.

- Congrats to Linkin Park on being nominated for the category of "Best Rock Internationaal" for the 2005 TMF Awards. The band is up against Good Charlotte and U2. For more infromation and voting click here.

- Linkin Park & Jay-Z's mash-up "Numb/Encore" from their collaborations album 'Collision Course' has been certified gold by the RIAA.

- After months of speculation as to whether Mike Shinoda will be releasing a solo album, the emcee himself has confirmed to MTV.com that he will  indeed be coming out with a solo album in the near future.

- Richard Paul White, a serial killer in Colorado, Denver, recently spoke out from jail to CBS News, claiming Metallica and Linkin Park influenced him to kill. "I would listen, actually, to Linkin Park before I would kill.", said White. "And while I was killing usually that music Linkin Park was on." You can watch White's interview by clicking here.

- A huge mega-single has been recorded for tsunami victims, with funds raised being donated to Linkin Park's Music For Relief charity. Click here for more information.

- BBC launched an awareness campaign to prevent bullying in schools, and has enlisted the help of people/celebrities who were bullied to help get the message across. One of the celebrities who have agreed to support this cause is Linkin Park's very own Chester Bennington. For the first time Chester has decided to come clean about his rough childhood, in a 2 minute long message about the adverse effects of bullying in our schools. - Linkin Park won the award for Best Rock at the MTV Europe Music Awards. This is the bands third EMA.

- Linkin Park won an American Music Award for Favorite Artist - Alternative Music. They defeated Incubus and Jet

- According to an MTV article, Mike Shinoda is currently working with the Californian hip-hop group, Styles of Beyond. To read the article click here.

- A new player has been posted online for Jay-Z and Linkin Park's upcoming MTV mash-up album "Collision Course". Click here to access the player. The player has also been added to the Music section of the site.

- Linkin Park were presented with a "Top Breakthrough Artist" award at the inaugural Billboard Backstage Pass Awards conference in New York.

- Linkin Park won two awards at the Radio Music Awards Show. The band won awards for Song of the Year - Rock Alternative Radio and Artist of the Year - Rock Radio. Congratulations to Linkin Park. 

 - Linkin Park have won the "Best International Video" award at the MTV Video Music Brazil Awards.

- The animated video for Linkin Park emcee Mike Shinoda's reinterpretation of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy The Silence" has surfaced online and can be seen by clicking here. - Linkin Park won their nomination for the MTV Video Music Awards 2004 for Viewer's Choice Award for their video "Breaking the Habit". We would like to congratulate Linkin Park on their award and thank all the fans who helped vote.

- Linkin Park emcee Mike Shinoda and singer Chester Bennington were chosen to guest appear on a song for Handsome Boy Modelling School's new album, entitled "White People". For more information click here.

- Canadian punk band No Warning was recently signed to Linkin Park's label, Machine Shop Recording.

- In August 2004, Hurricane Charley and tropical storm Bonnie blew through Florida. After billions of dollars in damage and over a dozen people killed, Linkin Park gave back to Florida. Five dollars from every ticket sold at the PR show in Tampa was donated to the Red Cross Hurricane Charley Relief Fund, which amounted to over sixty-five thousand dollars. - "Backstage Pass: Linkin Park" aired on MTV and MTV2. The show showed Linkin Park as they played at the Rock am Ring Festival in Germany, which they performed at in 2004.
