In 2008 GreenSpark completed energy-efficiency projects for clients for nearly 3,000,000 square feet of retail, warehouse, office, manufacturing and restaurant space across the US. Some projects have had paybacks as short as 5 months. These projects are saving our customers hundreds of thousands of dollars and significantly reducing harmful airborne emissions.

The projects involve, HVAC, commercial refrigeration, water heating, lighting, day-lighting, building shell sealing, establishing demand response capabilities, energy procurement, and enabling integration with on-site solar power.

For these projects we usually audit and evaluate the facilities, develop the proposals, organize and/or train the contractors, and implement solutions which result in rapid paybacks (even prior to incentives).

Work also included training of facilities personnel and contractors, measurement & verification, energy audits, modeling of emissions reductions and financial savings, assistance with financing and rebates, and sustainability consulting.
