This page is for those of you attending the July 11 - 12 race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway
in Loudon NH. Details are still being worked out.
Passes for the race event are on the "Race Passes" page. Print what you need, but you must
obey the registration times (listed below) to use them.
Saturday night of the race weekend we will be having a BBQ. A friend of mine, Wayne from
the "Smoke 'Em if Ya Got 'Em" BBQ team, will be cooking his award winning ribs and pulled pork on the smoker grills. There
will also be a propane grill for other foods. People attending are asked (not required) to bring side dishes, or
such, for the Sat night party. A sign up (look below to the Guestbook button below) will be posted here
for those attending (so we know how many to cook for, and if/what anyone wants to bring). You can view the guestbook ahead
of time to see what others are bringing.
Please sign up by July 4th 2009 so I anyone bringing food will know how many will
be attending.
For you 'newbies', there is camping on site allowed. I get there Friday night, and don't leave until
Sunday afternoon. There are showers and bathrooms available on site. For entertainment we will have TV (can't miss the racing
on Speed TV!)
I will post the directions link to the track, schedule for registration, and a
form to sign up to attend and/or bring food/items.
There will also be rules. Sorry, but it's not my party. And these rules will need to be followed.
Registration hours:
*the registration building is located at the South West corner of the track at the main gate, brown
building. You will get a wristband. This is good for any time enrty for the weekend.
Friday - 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday - 7:00 am - 11:00 am
Sunday - 7:30 am - 10:00 am
Outside of registration hours you will have to pay the gate fee ($25 - $30) to get in.
You will get a wrist band which will be your access any time into the track for the weekend.

Alcohol CAN NOT be consumed until the last race of the day is over!
