An extremely rare ORNAMENTAL TURNING LATHE by J. Fenn, Newgate Street, London, England, largely complete with a multitude of attachments. The base is of mahogany and the lathe has full treadle gearing with double standard overhead. The overhead gearing was recast and fitted by a prominent member of the Ornamental Turner's Society many years ago. Included are a wide range of bits and attachments. A potentially usable and fundamentally sound example of the most complex of treadle operated tools. Length: 52.00 Inches.
