Our Business Philosophy:
We are NOT some "Big" box store feeding a Wall Street corporate company. We are just Melissa and Carl Royer,
with a little "LOT" of help from our friends! So, our philosophy is this... You treat us right, we'll treat you
right! We want to give you the best stuff we can find, and the lowest price we can afford to sell it at. No BMWs
in our driveway! And no, the customer is not always right, but we will do whatever we can to make you as happy as possible
about your purchase from our store.
Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard
UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite
Don't even think about asking us to ship something FEDEX.

Returns
We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction. Our return policy is all returns must be made within 14
days with reciept. We offer exchange or store credit.
Items that can not be returned under ANY circumstances is body jewelry, ear-rings, under garments. This is State
of Maine regulations.
Musical Instruments: We do not accept returns on instruments. Once they leave the store, they are USED, and
thus can not be returned for credit.
