On February 11 Eleonor Holmes Norton, Congressional Delegate for D.C. sponored a Tax Day for Washington resdients. I helped prepare returns along with many other IRS volunteers. Some volunteers from Baltimore could not make it due to the snow, and they were sorely needed as the place was packed with people wanting their federal and D.C. returns prepared for free. I personally prepared over 20 returns with Taxwise. I worked from 8:30am-nearly 8pm. That night we got 12 inches of snow....see some photos at my "recent photo page" on this site and on this page.
