On Monday, May 28 Barbara and I took the subway down to the mall in Washington D.C. to see the FDR Memorial. On the way we took another peek at the World War II Memorial since we saw a small teddy bear and news article at the WV section. (I am not sure he was from WV, though) We also walked several miles around the Tidal Basin. Anyway, see my photo show of my photos taken that day by clicking on the link above.

Barbara and I went to the Andrews AFB air show this last Saturday to test out my "fixed" Canon rebel digital camera. It looks like it is OK and we got lots of good photos including ones of the Thunderbirds and new F-22 Raptor. The weather was perfect and food was great, especially since we ate at 11am and did not have a long line to wait in.  Click on link above to see photoshow of the air show!
