My VITA site  has officially started preparing returns at the Wheaton (MD) Library in Montgomery County as of January 29. I have already transmitted nearly 20 returns with minimun rejects. But the real rush has not yet begun.  I will not be doing many photo job assignments until April 15, but you can send simple tax questions to me that our site will answer ASAP at stevebarbara@verizon.net.
