Back to Brookside Gardens
On Saturday we went on another camera practice session so that Barbara could learn more about her new EOS Canon Rebel Xs digital camera ( the beginner's SLR digital). She is getting more familar with it, but she stills wants to have the point and shoot ability. Maybe it was luck or whatever, but at the end of our visit to the gardens, she took a very interesting photo, something that Renoir or Monet would have painted. See image to the right.

Or Annual Visit to Brookside Gardens!
This year is the 40th anniversary of Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland. And Barbara bought herself a new camera. So what better way to try it out than go take some butterflies and flowers! So Saturday, July 18th that is what we did. Sunday was the dedication and you go go free, but we went to day before to miss the crowds and get a parking space! See our photoshow by clicking on link above.
