My Name is Steve Swartz and served in the 167th Air National Guard from 1976-1997, retiring as a Tech Sergeant in Public
Affairs. I worked as a photographer for the Montgomery County Sentinel from 1974-1975 and a editorial assistant, meter reader,
then bank reconciliation clerk for Washington Gas until I joined the IRS in 1988 as a Revenue Agent. I am currently working
