We hate high-pressure sales. You'll never be pressured to buy something at Trek Stop. Have you ever bought an expensive item, and then been given the opportunity to save an extra 10% on any additional purchases that you make RIGHT NOW? That will never happen at Trek Stop. Once you buy a bicycle from us, you become part of our family and are entitled to a permanent 10% discount on all accessories and a permanent 20% discount on all books, magazines, and maps.

 

The first 200 miles are the most important in your bicycle's life. Most bicycle shops will offer a free tune-up in the first 30 days. They know that a new bicycle needs a minor tune-up after the first 20 miles. The major bearing groups of the bicycle will be settling in and the cables will have stretched a little bit. If you are riding your bike a lot, then it will need more than one of these minor tune-ups, it may need several. At Trek Stop, we will perform Basic tune-up services on your bike for one year from date of purchase for free. These tune-up services combined with the 30-point checklist assembly process ensure that your new bicycle gives you the best ride possible. Basic tune-up services do not include replacing worn or damaged parts.

 

A bicycle that doesn't fit is not properly set up. All bicycles that we deliver are fit to the rider using our experience and the FitKit system. When necessary, we will swap out stems, seat posts, and handle bars with the same quality parts to make a bike fit properly. In the rare circumstance where an equivalent level component is not available, we will ask you to make up our cost difference on the parts. We believe it is inappropriate to charge a customer more money to make a bicycle fit properly. If you buy clipless shoes and clipless pedals from us, we will perform a RAD fit on the cleats at no charge. If your cleats are not properly fit, you run the risk of knee damage. We don't think you should be charged extra just to make your shoes and pedals safe.
