If you purchased your bicycle elsewhere, we cannot be assured of the quality of the assembly process. Therefore, the first time we work on your bicycle, we most strongly reccommend our Signature Service. This service plan performs all of the elements of the 30-point assembly checklist on a used bicycle.

 

If your bicycle is not new and has been in service long enough to show signs of wear, then the Trek Stop Signature Service may not be sufficient to adjust your bicycle and it will need our Overhaul Service. The Overhaul Service removes all parts from the bicycle and restores it to better than showroom quality.

 

Lastly, there are some types of bicycles that we are not equipped to service.
