Fee: $20 (includes pole rental)

90 minutes of Nordic Walking including hills, flats, road and off, interspersed with squats, lunges and power moves.   Have fun, get  fit and enjoy the beautiful outdoors in fabulous Central Park. This is not your ordinary walk.
