Toolbar_1 (contains the following button apps):
- toggle frames on and off [frames for masked items and images]
- draw a slope indicator, left or right, indicating run over rise and degree
- draw a pipe end, move cursor up or down for direction of end
- create a list of layers in current dwg exported to a .csv file in dwg folder
- a units converter
- open widows explorer to current folder that current dwg resides
