Details for our subscription service:
This plan allows you to advance order all items that are scheduled to ship in 2 to 6 months time from the monthly Previews catalog. Benefits begin as soon as you place your first order and remain in effect with each order you place.

Customer Fulfillments:
  • Return the completed order form from the catalog by the due date.
  • Payment is due in full when the order form is turned in. Payment is calculated by retail price less the appropriate discount plus 5% sales tax for Virginia residents. Outstanding balances are due with each order.

    The monthly catalog can be picked up with your order (entitling you to a B&D Buck!), or mailed by Express Mail (mailing fees will be billed to your account). Customers who have their order shipped will receive their catalog along with any current merchandise. A route number or street address is required by UPS for delivery. (No Post Offices Boxes please.) Exact UPS shipping charges will be billed to you each month. ("Lost Package" insurance is included at no additional cost on orders up to $100. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of orders that are shipped. We recommend pick up system to avoid expense and delay.)

    In the event of a price increase by the publisher, you will be billed for the difference in price, or you may cancel the order for that item and receive credit for the amount you originally paid. If an item is cancelled or becomes otherwise unavailable it will be credited towards any price increases and/or shipping fees due. We can not be responsible for distributor allocations. These items will be treated on a first come, first serve basis.

    You also receive Bucks based on the total amount of your order.
    (15% off discount get 1 extra buck, 25% gets 2 Bucks, and 30% gets 3 Bucks)
    (Bucks are not valid during a sale, on the order form, or on reduced items.)
  • Green Bucks are good for 10% off any one in-stock item
  • This 10% can also be added to other discounts you already receive.(For example get 35% off back issues instead of just 25%.)
  • Green bucks can also be used as a 10 cent coupon (more than one can be use on an item in this fasion).
  • Red Bucks are earned for every $25 spent on in-stock merchandise and is good for $1 off your next in-stock purchase
    (or a Red can be traded for 10 regular Green bucks.)
