Exchanges:

We will gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item.  The item must be in the original unused, unworn condition as it was shipped to you.  Please notify us of the exchange via email.  You will be given a ‘Return Authorization’ number (RA) to be put on the outside of your package. Sorry, return shipping costs cannot be refunded and are the responsibility of the recipient.  Please note reason for exchange and what you are exchanging for.  All returned merchandise must be insured.  If items are not insured and it gets lost and doesn’t make it back to us, we cannot give you an exchange.  We cannot give exchanges until after we receive the merchandise and it is inspected. Any unauthorized exchange, (meaning sending a package back without an RA number), will incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

Items not cool for refund or exchange:

You will not receive a refund or exchange after the 14 day return/exchange period has elapsed or if an item has been damaged by you. Example: You dropped the item and it shattered, or you cut it while opening the package, etc.  We are not responsible for mis-use, mis-handling or any other actions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier. (US Post Office).

Shortages:

Please notify us via email, within 5 days upon receiving an order that it is
missing something.  The shorted item will ship promptly.
