BASIC TERMS
 
SHORTS
  1. All options are for 6 months for short form film rights (unless negotiated) 
  2. Full payment due upon signature of option/agreement
  3. 10% of gross profits payable to Robert M.Heske (Heywell Film Scripts) -- excluding a) production costs; b) investor costs; and c) marketing costs (capped at a stipulated amount in option/purchase agreement).
  4. Sole screenplay written by credit to "Robert M. Heske"
  5. Purchaser provides 2 complimentary copies of final short on DVD to Robert M. Heske @ Heywell Film Scripts

FEATURES
