Ever since I was a child I was raised to appreciate
our railroad heritage and was encouraged to pursue that interest by my dad. He took me on excursion trips, introduced
me to volunteering at the local railroad historical society and to the great community that is model railroading. Thanks
Dad!
I've been planning and researching On30 for a while
and would like to thank the people who have encouraged me and educated me.
The first group I need to thank would have to be Ron Wm. Hurlbut, John Roth,
Chris Abbott, Tom Harbin and Geren Mortenson, who worked extensively on the On30 Conspiracy Module Standards (OCMODS).
I would also like to thank my local railbarons, Steve Sherrill and Steve Fisher for opening up their homes
and sharing their layouts. Their modeling is inspirational to the Nth degree. Thank you!
Many modelers I met through the On30 Conspiracy and through the other forums and conventions have shared
their modeling efforts and taken time to educate and encourage new modelers: Dave Birmingham, G.W. Bill, John Wiegel, Steve
Hudson, Barry Coats, Tom Yorke, Daryll Huffman, Harold Minkowitz and Allen Littlefield are just a sampling- Thank
you all.
