it.

a good night's sleep as often as possible.

#10: When you need to change a habit give yourself a daily reminder for at least a month.

#11: If one approach doesn't work, try another. And another. And another. Until something
works.

Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself the way you want others to treat you.
