The Rules
 
 

Rule #1:  Any drink that is not water, juice, broth, or milk is a Potion of some sort, and should be treated as such.

 

Rule #2:  Resolve to drink enough water to hydrate your body well every single day.

 

Rule #3: Take time and really taste every bite of food that passes your lips.

 

Rule #4: You must eat something for breakfast every day.

 

Rule #5: Focus on one stressor at a time and actually ACT on it.

 

Rule #6: Simplify!

 

Rule #7: Make time for activity every day.

 

Rule #8: Carry yourself well.

 

Rule #9:  Get a good night's sleep as often as possible.

 

Rule #10:  When you need to change a habit give yourself a daily reminder for at least a month.

 

Rule #11:  If one approach doesn't work, try another. And another. And another. Until something works.

 

Rule #12: Be kind to yourself. Treat yourself the way you want others to treat you.
