I. Prepare yourself mentally.
 
A. Habits are not good/bad, but positive/negative. You can change them.
 
B. Resolve to improve over time by taking small steps every day.
 
C. Remind yourself frequently to practice the new habit.
 
D. Be creative in brainstorming ways to make the habit doable.
 
E. Reward yourself for your work, even if you aren't as successful as you'd like at first.
 
II. During the month of September learn to drink enough water.
 
A. Teach yourself to view most drinks that aren't water as potions. Limit your intake of them.
 
B. Drink enough water every single day.
 
III. During the month of October focus on every crumb of food that you eat.
 
A. Eat food CONSCIOUSLY. Be aware of every morsel.
 
B. Slow down and enjoy your meals, even the mediocre ones.
 
III. During the month of November focus on reducing stress.
 
A. Spend some time actually identifying what's stressing you out.
 
B. Use simple methods to reduce your stress.
 
C. Taking action in and of itself can sometimes reduce your stress level.
