The historic building was originally built by a local barber, Samuel B. Dice, in 1906. This lovely bed and breakfast in Ligonier, PA is a three-story, Colonial House, with original wood floors, stair cases, fireplaces and antiques. The c.1906 Dice House was built on the site of the first hotel in Ligonier c.1800. The original hotel structure and dirt road can still be seen in photographs. Innkeeper Dawn Metz welcomes you to the relaxing and romantic Bed & Breakfast. Dawn and her husband James acquired the home in 1999 to create the Inn Dawn had always dreamed of. The Colonial House features four elegantly appointed guest rooms surrounded by a luxurious adult environment.
