$75 Cleaning fee (waived for 7+ nights)

The $200 Deposit is required to hold the reservation and is fully refundable up until 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is not refundable after the 30 day period, unless we can rebook the unit. We would much rather have a full rental than a partial deposit. We will gladly return your deposit if we rebook the unit for the same dates.

The $200.00 deposit automatically converts to a Security/Damage Deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days by check after satisfactory inspection of the rental unit on your departure date and return of all the keys and pool passes.
