Cliff Elgin is currently in his 3rd year as the Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach at Clarksburg High School.  Before taking the job at Clarksburg, Coach Elgin coached JV basketball at Watkins Mill H.S. for eight years.  It was at Watkins Mill where Coach Elgin was a captain of the Basketball, Baseball and Golf teams as a student-athlete.  After graduation, Coach Elgin received a B.S. degree from Miami University and an M.A.T. degree from Johns Hopkins University.  He also has over 10 years of experience working basketball camps in Montgomery County.  A big advocate of kids playing multiple sports while kids are young, Coach Elgin looks to stress the fundamentals of the game and learning to love and enjoy the game.
