I have extensive experience in design of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, as well as in landscape
design.
My greatest design strength is in the efficient use of space, which consequently results in elegant, clearly defined
plans. A second consequence is a structural clarity that itself results in minimization of construction costs.
The
clarity and efficiency of my designs were recognized in open competitions for public housing, where they won five out of ten
proposals entered.

My past work has included most project types - residential, commercial, institutional buildings, and landscape design.
I am open to projects of all sizes, and in all locations. My current registration is New York State, so if your job is
outside of New York, and the local authorities require filing of the work, a local associate architect may be required.
