Session I: July 18-22

The Chesapeake Crew Camp is open to girls 13-18 years of age with OR without any rowing experience. The camp is designed
to introduce the sport of rowing to inexperienced novices and improve all aspects of the sport in the experienced rower.

The week's schedule consists of rowing sessions on the water, video analysis of individual technique, informative seminars
on topics relating to athletics, and an "off-the-water" training session for coxswains.
The camp is located on Maryland's eastern shore at Washington College in Chestertown. Campers stay in air-conditioned
dormitories and eat all meals in the campus dining hall.
