The Buyer will have three (3) days from the time of receiving the baby to have the baby examined by an avian veterinarian of his or her choice, and to respond to me that the baby has been examined.  (Response by phone, e-mail or written document is accepted.)  If at that time, the veterinarian observes a health problem, or potential problem, and requires further testing (blood panel, etc.) I will need a written statement written and signed by the Buyers veterinarian.  Upon receipt of the written statement, the Buyer will have the option of keeping the baby, or returning the baby for another bird of equal value. 

Under "special" circumstances, certain Buyers may purchase an unweaned baby.  Purchase of an unweaned baby will result in the negation of the Health Guarantee Policy.
