The People of Arkavia

Arkavia is loaded with NPCs, most of simple townsfolks, some are powerful people.  This page will detail the people of Arkavia, including those that can join your party!

Playable Characters

Jiub - The Theif and Hero of the game

Jiub is a small time thief who's luck finally ran out and now is sitting pretty in the Imperial Prison.  However his fortunes are soon turned as the Emperor ordered his release from prison.

Yuna - The Bounty Hunter

Hot tempered, stubborn, but an excellent member of the party, Yuna is very capable.  Her willingness to follow Jiub is mostly monetary.

Angel - Spirit

The calm voice of reason.  Angel is capable of magic and is very capable in that regard.  She's filled with information, but she will only say what Jiub needs to know, much to his frustration.

General Czop - Military General

When a rouge Imperial Admiral plotted to war with the House Province and pin the blame on the Coalition, General Czop steps in to stop it.

Captain Vonic - Legionary

One of the few female Legionaries, Captain Vonic was charged with removing the smuggling problem from Bellow's Bay, the northern Coalition Province port town.  However her guards won't listen to her.

Harith - Weapons Smith

He's wide, short, and very hairy.  He knows his weapons, and the dark secrets to a small rebellion in Thornia.

Sandra - Scout

A 12 year old girl that lives in Outpost Town on the frozen isle.  She's knows something about White Mountain, things that a 12 year old girl shouldn't.

Wolly - Smuggler

A young smuggler who's trying to get back on track with his life, but every time he gets out, they pull him back in.

Tikkimicum - Elven Raider

In a very rare event, this elf asked Jiub for help in dealing with a necromancer in the swamps.

Tarryn - Mage

Thought to be just a myth, this Neko Mage asks Jiub to help him save a village of even more Nekos.  Can Jiub handle all the fur? =^w^=

Non-Playable Characters

Emperor Remus V

The current Emperor of the Imperial Empire.  He rules the Empire from Ebony Hall, occasionally returning to Xyrodill.

Princess Loveless

The only heir to the Imperial Throne.  She will become Empress once her father dies.

King Daedxic

The current leader of the Regime.  He plots from Daedrica, the capital city of the Regime.

Head Watcher Bernus Tribunius

The head of the religion in the Imperial Empire and the one who has control of the Zenthir Guard.

Gillyn Varro

The leader of the corrupt diplomats in the Coalition Province.  He has his own plantation.

Grand Admiral Yllu

Head and owner of the Imperial Navy.

Admiral Thren

A rouge Naval commander in the Imperial Navy.

Admiral and House Leader Durnan

Both an Admiral in the Imperial Navy and leader of the House Province, Durnan and Thren do not get along.

General Brashen

Head of the Imperial Legions in the heart of the Empire.  He hold great influence on the other generals.

Elder Ming

Head of the Council of Elders in Dagon Cardia.

Jiub's Uncle

Always changing his name, Jiub's Uncle is a great source of information.

General Tanner

Rebel Dros General.  Plots to overthrow the Dros Empire and make himself Emperor.

Big Bertha

The most powerful man in Gnarr Bay City.  All the Dros Guards are under his control.

Jin

A crusty old pirate that's looking for help getting a rare and valuable item.

Regent Ayumi

The current Regent of Thornia.

Linier Broth

A member of House Broth.

Vendors

There are many different types of merchants and vendors in Akavia.  Each will sell certain items.

Agents
Agents sell small Daggers and other items best suited for an assassin.


Alchemists
Alchemists sell potions such as Restore Health, Cure Poison, etc. Some may sell some other items but rarely.


Apothecaries
Like Alchemists, Apothecaries sell potions though mostly cures and Fortify potions. They also sell animal parts such as Wolf Pelts and even Zombie Blood.


Archers/Fletchers
Archers sell Bows and Crossbows as well as some armor and other weapons such as Daggers and Spears. Most sell quality Bows such as Red and Green Glass Bows.


Armorers
Armorers sell Armor, Shields, Helmets and Misc. Armors. Some may sell a weapon or two, but rarely.


Bartenders and Brewers
Found in any and all pubs, Bartenders sell Beer and other Spirits. Some may sell regular potions. They don't buy items. Some may refuse you service because Jiub is on probation.


Cartographer
Cartographers sell maps and only maps. They don't buy items.


Farmers
Farmers sell plant goods such as Frost Berries, Cao Wheat, and Marsh Flowers. These items can be used for other things.


Fishmongers
Fishmongers sell seafood. They are usually found along harbor towns.


Fencer
Fencers sell rare and unique items. Finding a Fencer is rare, there are few in the game, but they all sell items such as Ebony Armor and Weapons and some Enchanted Items.


Enchanters
Enchanters sell special enchanted items such as Amulets and Rings. A few can make an enchanted item for the right price and if you provide the right materials.


Gardener
Found mainly in Farming Villages, Gardeners sell certain items such as Restore Health Potions.


Herbalists
Herbalists sell plant ingredients and may sell some other items such as Wolf Pelts.


Healers
Healers sell potions of Restore Health and Restore Conditions. They also sell Enchanted Items that help you in this way as well.


Master-At-Arms
Master-At-Arms sell quality weapons such as Ebony and Green Glass.


Paupers
Paupers sell a little bit of everything. Mostly, they only have simple items like an Iron Dagger and Cure Poison, some though may have very rare and valuable items for sale.


Priest and Priestesses
Like Healers, Priest and Priestesses also sell Enchanted items.


Swashbucklers
Swashbucklers are not common. They sell Weapons such as Sabers and some Armor fit for a pirate.


Traders
Traders only buy items. They will take any item you got that has any value. They will not buy unique items that are quest related or given as a reward.


Weapon Smiths
Weapon Smiths sell all sorts of weapons, but mostly low quality Iron Weapons. Most Smiths have a title such as "Iron Smith" or "Glass Smith". Such Smiths are specialized in that field of weapons and some may sell armors of that type as well.
