Alan Parent announces bid for State Senate.

Franklin County is the fastest growing area in Vermont.  It is time we have representation in Montpelier that can grow with it.  I have been a consistent voice in the House of Representatives for four years.  With a record of independent thinking and a consistent message I will represent Franklin County and Alburgh with vigor.

Often our legislative leaders are motivated by their special interests or lobbyists that they forget the constituents they represent.  Too often they are cynics whose motivation is the acquisition of political power. 

This is why my campaign is so important to the future of Franklin County and Alburgh.  It is time our Senate leaders truly represent a constituency of 47,556 county residents.
