Madam Ruth Katero

Here's the woman from whom I bought my yams. Madam Katero let me rest on her bench and escape the unmercifully hot sun for a while whenever I came to market. In her last letter to me (08/31/96) she told me that one yam tuber cost 1,500 cedis.
