2008 Rates:
Weekend
3 Night Rate- $ 550.00 + tax
(Friday 3PM thru Monday 10AM)
Mid-week
4 Night Rate- $ 650.00 + tax
(Monday 3PM thru Friday 10AM)
Weekly
7 Night Rate- $1.095 + tax
(Saturday 3PM Thru Saturday 10AM)

Reservation Policy:
- Reservations accepted up to 1 year in advance.
- Requested dates will be held for 10 days pending receipt of deposit.
- $200 deposit required to reserve date requested.
- The $200 deposit will be kept as a security deposit.
The security deposit will be returned, after your departure if upon inspection there is nothing missing from or damage done to
the house.
- Balance of payment and signed rental agreement is due 30 days prior
to arrival.
- Payment can be made by check, cash or money order.
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellation notice is received more than 60 days from rental date,
all monies will be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is received from 30 to 60 days from rental
date, all monies except the $200 deposit will be refunded. If we are able to fill the vacant time, the deposit will
be refunded.
- If cancellation notice is received within 30 days of the rental period the
security deposit will be refunded. The balance is non-refundable, unless we are able to find a replacement for your
entire rental period.
