Guidelines

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
No pets are permitted on the property.
Rental is available to adults over the age of 25 only.
You are responsible for loss or damage caused to the home or personal property in the home.
The cabin is situated on 1 acre of land. All properties bordering the home are private property. Please respect the privacy of our neighbors.
Supervision of all children in your party is required while on the rental property.
Guests are expected to maintain the home in the same condition that they find it in. Cleaning and laundry supplies are provided.
Please report any broken or malfunctioning appliances, equipment or furnishings immediately so we can have them repaired.
No firearms of any kind are to be used on the property.
