I create hand-drawn graphite pencil portraits based on photographs. Portraits of children and pets are my specialty!
These one-of-a-kind keepsakes make great gifts that will last for generations. Portraits are drawn on acid-free archival quality
heavyweight paper.
I work from photographs that you provide (see below for requirements regarding photos). Or, if you live locally I can
take the pictures for a small additional fee. You can send the photos to me via email or snail mail.

TIPS FOR GOOD QUALITY PHOTOS
- Digital photos should have a minimum resolution of at least 300 dpi.
- Printed photos must be at least 4 x 6 inches.
- The more clearly the details of the face and eyes can be seen in the photo the better the portrait will be. Photos in
which the subject fills the frame are best.
- Photos taken in natural light (i.e., without a flash) provide the best shading of facial features.
- When taking pictures of children or pets, it is best to get down on their eye level.
