Matches of the Tournament: the inter-generational 1st round doubles match where McIntire/Syzdlowski squeaked by O'Shea/Poulin [4-6; 6-3; 7-6 (3)]; Quarters doubles match of Tereso/Atkins over Rondinelli/Joyal [6-3; 3-6; 7-6 (5)]; and semifinal doubles match of Dierdan/Sircar over Tereso/Atkins [7-5; 6-7; 6-4].  Men's singles 1st rd Bruno outlasted Bloom [4-6; 7-5; 6-1].   

 

The weather gods cooperated and we were able to complete the 2009 Freedman Memorial Tennis tournament on September 13th. Thanks to everyone for their participation and cooperation.
