HTML testsMost of the titles for my test pages come from Kevin Werbach's Bare Bones Guide to HTML, the best concise reference I've seen. (See http://werbach.com/barebones/, or look here for a local copy.)
JavaScript adventures"Javascript for the World Wide Web", by Ted Gesing and Jeremy Schneider, from Peachpit Press, is a good intro to JavaScript. It has cookbook examples, presented with lively text. I also have Danny Goodman's "JavaScript Bible", from IDG Books, as a reference.
