Diane has a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health,
a Certificate in Nutritional Counseling from Trinity College of Natural Health and a Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology
from Northeastern University. Diane has an Advanced EFT Certificate of Completion
and she is currently expanding her knowledge in The Science and Art of Herbology. She is an ASQ Certified Quality
Auditor-Biomedical (CBA), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Technician
(CQT) and has the qualifications for ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 Auditor. Diane
has over 25 years of quality and clinical study knowledge and experience with medical device, biotechnology, dietary
supplements, pharmaceutical and food regulations and manufacturing. Diane
started her entrepreneurial business in June 2000 as a Quality System Consultant assisting organizations through
procedure writing, auditing, training and validation to be in compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and
ISO 15189. Diane has taught courses and seminars on Current Good Manufacturing
Practices, ISO 13485:2003, ISO 9001:2000 and Basic Internal Auditing Techniques. Diane was a contract auditor for NSF
International (third party non-profit certification organization) conducting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits on dietary
supplement companies. Diane is also a Nutritional Educator and Success Coach providing knowledge to encourage
individuals to take an active role in their health; she does not diagnose or dispense nutritional health advice. She
applies her quality tools and techniques when coaching her clients. Diane writes nutritional articles for the Senior Digest. Prior to consulting, her employment includes PLC Medical Systems, Inc., Stryker Biotech,
Davol, Infusaid, Scott Laboratories, Amperex, Corning Medical & Scientific and Brigham & Women’s Hospital. Diane is a Senior member of the RIASQ and has taken various active roles (such
as Chairperson in 1996, Education Chairperson in 1992, Publicity/Marketing 2009, and other positions) throughout
the past 25 years. Diane was VP of Education for the Oceanstate Toastmasters and she completed the Communication
and Leadership Program. She is a member of the RI Holistic Healers Association (RIHHA) and RI Sewing Network.
