are in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as set forth in NSF/ANSI Standard 173-2003, Dietary Supplement,
Section 8. These GMP are consistent with the industry recommended GMP submitted to FDA in 1997. Should the FDA
publish a final rule for Dietary Supplement GMP, the NSF GMP requirements will be modified, if necessary to be consistent
with the final rule.
