Description:  Bi-Weekly group sessions geared towards individuals who want to optimize their health through making better nutritional choices and changing their lifestyle with the goal to reduce body size.  Each session includes nutrition tips and dealing with negative emotions that sabotage weight loss using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

Root Cause Analysis for Waist Management

Description:  Root cause analysis can be used on any type of problem, whether related to business or personal issues. Through creativity and fun exercises, ideas on how to identify the cause(s) of a problem are demonstrated.  A common problem among many individuals is the constant battle with their weight and expanding waist line.  This problem will be used to illustrate various quality tools to objectively identify the root causes and begin a corrective and preventive action plan to solve the major issue.
 
Seminar topics include:
*  Identify reasons for overeating using Brainstorming & Ishikawa Fishbone
   Diagram
*  Develop objectives/goals that are S-M-A-R-T (specific, measurable,
   attainable, relevant, time-bound)
*  Learn tools useful for waist management - Emotional Freedom
   Techniques, Mindful Eating, Breathing Techniques
*  Learn to read Nutritional Labeling to make better choices
*  Develop meal plans that keep you on track
*  Monitor your progress using measurements that are meaningful

Description:  A thorough presentation of cGMP principles will be provided to help the rookie begin to understand the concepts and begin applying them.  Valuable insight will assist the more experienced to assist them in quality decision-making, as well as, demonstrating ways to make their present systems more effective.  Recent warning letters will be discussed to learn from industry noncompliances.  Participant interaction is desired and encouraged.

   Quality Systems Approach to Pharmaceutical cGMP Regulations & Q10
   Pharmaceutical Quality System

    Equipment, Materials Control, Production/Process Control, Packaging &
    Labeling, and Laboratory Controls
*  Discuss warning letters from various industries and ways to avoid
    violations
*  Participants may present their top cGMP challenges, problems, & issues for
   classroom discussion
