Accepted in Opening Event for the
Avampto Museum in Charleston, WV.
"Appalachian Corridors 2003"

Subject is an allegory of 'My Club Year' as president of an art guild. The center appropriated art, Botticelli's three muses, in graphite, that are surrounded by characters I created to fit the spaces in gouache. Mounted on a turn table which is finished off with club literature, playing cards and keep-sakes of close friends. Mirrors are added to reflect the viewer. To support this unit is the black & white diamond where a card game is in progress, with one card left to be dealt.
