Estimates and Contracted Work
Customers often ask what is our policy regarding scheduling
tree work. In our goal for complete customer satisfaction we can provide you with a free risk assessment or estimate
for the work you need to have done. Want the job completed on a specific date that best suits your schedule? A
deposit of 10% of the estimate price will hold your requested date and time. Remember spring, summer and fall
are busy months and our calendars fill up fast so don't delay in scheduling your tree or landscape work!
Payment Policy
Once we contract your job and we schedule a
start date, Johnny Timbers will make it a priority to complete jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible. While rain
and high winds can delay completion of jobs, work will resume as soon as conditions permit. Occasionally it is necessary
to wait for the ground to dry so as to prevent any potential damage from our heavy equipment to your lawn or landscaping.
We will gladly provide you with insurance
or business documents you may need to have a job approved.
