BUX-MONT BASSMASTERS  fishing club was established in the fall of 1998 on the Schuykill River at Haws Ave ramp in Norrisstown Pa. The club was established to enjoy the sport of bass fishing through participation in club tournaments and possible advancement through our national organization T.B.F.and the F.L.W.  Along with that endeavor comes our goal to help promote bass fishing for all ages and genders with special attention to our youth. It is our hope that they will understand the resources that God has given us and to help conserve them now and for the future generations. This is done through the practice of catch and release during all of our tournaments. We then take this practice and instill it in our youth through there  particiapation in our youth club and youth tournaments. We hope with this goal in mind to help maintain our rivers and lakes through the proper use of the water resources and to leave them cleaner than when we arrived.
