What kind of paints do you use?
 
I use M. Graham and Dr. Ph. Martin (Hydrus) professional water colors.
 
What type of paper will be used for my portrait?
 
I use 140lb. Fabriano cold press water color paper.
 
Do you ever paint in other mediums or surfaces?
 
Yes, I paint in acrylics and oils.  I've painted on canvas, stone, wood and even glass.


How long does it take to do a painting?
 
Paintings can take up to 4 weeks to do depending on how many portraits I have scheduled to paint.
 
How much time is spent on each painting? 
 
It depends on the size needed.  From studying the photo, to sketching and painting I've spent anywhere from 2 - 10 hours on a painting.
